Hi, I'm Nithit Chanpongsang, the Head of Finance and new Project Manager for CARElderly.

Our
Story
How we were founded
I started this project because I realized that fidgeting can help with anxiety. I was diagnosed with anxiety at 16, and faced many symptoms that impacted my learning. I fidgeted with rings as a means of increasing my focus and concentration and diverting my attention from my thoughts.
As I slowly overcame my anxiety, I noticed similar symptoms emerging in my grandma. She felt restless throughout the day and grew anxious and agitated at the loss of her memories. I started by creating my first fidget apron for her, in the hopes that the sensory items would help relieve her anxiety.

Hi! I'm Naphat Chanpongsang, the founder of CARElderly. I am a Grade 11 student studying in an international school in Hong Kong.
I hope to make an impact towards the community through this project and I'm excited to work with my amazing team to help elderlies.
